Bayswater is an inner city suburb, located approximately seven (7) kilometers north-east of the Perth city central. Bayswater is located north of the Swan River and within the City of Bayswater local government area. It is a mixed-use suburb, with mostly residential zoning, with a light but vast industrial area in the east section of the suburb. New commercial zones just off Tonkin Highway are now under construction and for sale.
