Steve Lay has been living in Bayswater most of his life and working in the real estate industry since 1992.  As a life‐long member of the Bayswater community, there is very little Steve doesn’t know about the area.

Ben Silverman has been living in Bayswater with his wife and two children for almost 10 years. Ben is an experienced sales professional with excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Ben’s involvement in sales as a career is by choice since completing his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Edith Cowan University.

Mick Lay graduated from Edith Cowan University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and proceeded to move to Japan to learn Japanese. After 25 years in Japan, he has returned to Australia to join the family business, bringing with him over 30 years of sales experience.

With Mick’s extensive experience and contacts from both Australian and Japanese business settings, Mick is the ideal person to entrust the sale and negotiation of your property. Travelling between Perth, Singapore, Tokyo & Hong Kong, Mick can represent your property to potential Australian and international buyers.
