Applecross WA is a riverside suburb approx 7km south of the Perth Central Business District in Western Australia. (It is in the City of Melville). Popular landmarks in Applecross are Heathcote Reserve, (Heath Ledger Memorial), Applecross Jetty, South of Perth Yacht Club and Tompkins Park to the West.
The suburb has many amenities within the suburb. Ardross Street Café Strip is always bustling with vibrancy with the Canning Bridge precinct having a mix of office, restaurants and bars including the historically significant Raffles Hotel.

The only School located in the suburb is Applecross Primary School. Bus transport down Canning Highway, and Canning Bridge Train Station servicing the suburb, public transport to and from Applecross is one of the main draw cards of the area. The Kwinana Freeway runs down the eastern part of the suburb allowing for easy access private transport to the Perth CBD.
